Manage the entire youth department and represent all interests of youth football inside and outside the association as good as possible:
Tasks
- Contact with and coordination of youth trainers.
- Contacts with and coordination of youth leaders
- Arranging information evenings for referees.
- Additional activities in the so-called quiet period.
- In consultation with the technical committee determining the set-up of training times.
- Contact with the senior department, concerning the transition from juniors to seniors.
- Contact with the parents in cooperation with the technical committee
- Organises recruitment activities
