Voluntary or obligation to do tasks

Give tasks a weighting by assigning points per task. Less popular tasks that are more difficult to complete should be given a higher number of points. If there is an obligation to volunteer, a member must reach a certain minimum number of points per season.

Volunteer contribution

Is there an obligation to volunteer within the club? Then the club can choose to collect a volunteer contribution with the membership fee, which can be refunded when sufficient points have been obtained.

Invite the members

Through the tool you can invite all members from Sportlink at once to activate their volunteer account and schedule themselves on the ClubWebsite or in the ClubApp.

Create volunteer tasks

Create all tasks once in the system and indicate if how many people should be present for this task, what the weighting is and when it should be rehearsed. Are you going to work with a volunteer requirement? Less popular tasks can be given a higher weighting by awarding points.

Schedule members yourself, let members schedule themselves. Or a combination of these.

You can choose to have complete control and schedule all the people yourself. You can also choose to let the members schedule themselves when they can and then fill in the gaps with self-assigned members.

Automatic reminders, reduce no-shows
